Philosophy & Mission
My Philosophy
Home ownership should be one of the most joyous things in a person’s life. It is the encasement of all that we hold dear. It is where the family unites, the friends feel welcome, and the world is outside.
I do not buy and sell houses – I help make homes.
My Mission Statement
It is my desire to ensure that the stresses that can be involved in real estate transactions belong to me, the agent, not you, the family. It is my duty to perform my duties in such a way that there is nothing standing in the way of complete enjoyment when you sit down at the closing table.
I am a wife to Mark and a mommy to Madison, Savannah, and Emily, and Morgan. My family is precious to me and I bring that passion with me to work.
It is this passion that drives me to put the client – not the sale – first. The home is the haven of the family, whether its members number 1 or 21. It is singularly important to provide a home – not a house – that keeps the world at bay, even if just for a little while.
Helping others is at the crux of what I do. In the real estate world, I consider it my obligation to ensure that my clients are well educated in the process they are undergoing.
It is my belief that in order to accomplish my goal of client education that I must too be educated. I am committed to daily increasing my knowledge of the market, trends, benefits, pitfalls, and real estate practices overall.
I understand that I cannot be all things to my clients. Therefore, I have established connections with some the smartest people in various businesses. These folks are well equipped to handle those questions better answered by mortgage professionals, home inspectors, bug guys, builders, decorators, tax professionals, and other fields.
Outside of my career, I am dedicated to the legacy of education. My dedication to children and adults looking to know more, do more, and be more is concrete. I am a concerned citizen that desires to assist others to be the best they can possibly be.
